Cooking
Cabbage leaves washed, cut into squares or rectangles of 5-8 cm
Boil in salted water for 6 minutes.
The batter: eggs, flour (1 tbsp), paprika, turmeric, chopped garlic, dill, salt, pepper mix. Should be no lumps!
In a bowl pour 4-5 cups of flour.
Coat each piece in flour, then drop in batter, fry in a well heated pan in vegetable oil until Golden brown on each side.
Ready cabbage leaves, spread on a plate with paper towel to avoid excess fat.
Then put it on a plate and enjoy an unusual and unforgettable taste!!!
