Cabbage in batter
Tender cabbage in a crispy flavorful batter, well very fragrant and tasty dish! Who does not know that there cabbage, I did not immediately realize that an interesting middle!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage leaf

    5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

Cabbage leaves washed, cut into squares or rectangles of 5-8 cm

Boil in salted water for 6 minutes.

Drain in a colander.

The batter: eggs, flour (1 tbsp), paprika, turmeric, chopped garlic, dill, salt, pepper mix. Should be no lumps!

In a bowl pour 4-5 cups of flour.

Coat each piece in flour, then drop in batter, fry in a well heated pan in vegetable oil until Golden brown on each side.
