Beef in a spicy sauce in Arabic

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Pepper Cayenne

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Cooking

Onions finely cut into cubes, fry in olive oil until Golden brown.

Add ginger, curry, garlic and chilli, cook, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.

Add meat, diced (примерно2*2cm), and fry seven minutes, stirring constantly

Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, yogurt, water, salt (to taste), cook on slow fire for one hour, or until the meat is cooked (meat should be very soft).

5 minutes until cooked add chopped parsley.

Serve with rice or a green salad.
