Delicious, satisfying and nutritious dish. Not recommended for those who are on a diet - one portion to limit very difficult. Anyone who currently in no way denies - highly recommend. Prepare, You will not regret it! The recipe I read in a magazine, the author of the Ukrainian actor. Many thanks to him for this great dish!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chili

  • Spices

  • Vodka

    50 ml

You need to fry the meat. The author claims that the addition of the minced vodka improves the taste of the meat and allows you to more fully reveal the fragrance of spices. I can only confirm that it turns out very flavorful dish.

Fry separately the chopped onion and bell pepper.

With tomato remove the peel and grind in a blender (I used tomato paste). Place all foods in a pan (except cheese, chilli and spices) and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. The aroma is fantastic!

Grate cheese and add to the pot along with the finely chopped chili pepper. Add salt, pepper, and simmer another 10 minutes.

The dish is self-contained, you can do without the side dish, but I served with cutlets of nettles.
