Cooking

step-0
Peel the potatoes, boil it until tender. Drain the water, mash into a puree. Cool. Take 400 g of finished puree, add 25 grams of finely grated hard cheese (I took "Russian"), 3 tbsp flour, raw egg yolk, salt and a little turmeric for color.
step-1
Mix well.
step-2
Take muffin tins, fill them with dough-mashed potatoes to make basket. I have a "bad" molds, so I shot the sleeve for baking, cut into squares. The film definitely brush with vegetable oil. Spread the dough with wet hands, then it does not stick to hands.
step-3
Send the baskets to the oven for 20 mins at 180 deg.
step-4
Baskets allow to cool and remove the film. Cold baskets it is easy to remove.
step-5
Prepare the stuffing. Mushrooms small chop, onion chop. Fry in vegetable oil until tender. Add salt, place the fennel.
step-6
Fill the basket with stuffing. Sprinkle with grated cheese. My daughter does not like mushrooms, so I begins her cottage cheese with dill and egg. Send for a few minutes in the microwave to make the cheese melted.
step-7
Decorate the finished basket with greens. Bon appetit!!!
