Cooking
Peel the potatoes, cut into large bars, a little salt and fry in plenty of oil until Golden brown. To lay out with a slotted spoon (allowing to drain the oil) in a saucepan.
Onion cut into half rings, ham in small dice. Fry together until the onion has softened.
Lay the ham and onions over the potatoes.
Beat the egg with cream, add finely chopped dill, season with a little salt and pepper.
Pour potato egg with cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown.
That's all. Potatoes ready. Tasty and without problems!
