Green beans in Greek

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Feta

    60 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Green beans wash, cut into several pieces, boil in salted water until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Shift in ice water for 4-5 minutes. Then drain beans in a colander.

On dish put beans, cut into arbitrarily tomato, add peppers of two colors.

Vegetables lightly prisolit, mix gently.

For the filling garlic skip through the press. Add salt, pepper, wine vinegar and olive oil, mix well.

Vegetables pour a small amount of the filling, crumble the Feta and put on top of the salad.

Pour the remaining vinaigrette, add freshly ground black pepper and finely chopped parsley.
