Sweet dish
Happy Ramadan 2015))) Today I introduce You another Algerian dish. It served the invited guests, as well as during Ramadan, as a dessert, something you (eat only 5-6 tbsp)... It's not soup and compote... Like our Christmas pudding? This might be... something extraordinary... easy to prepare ;-)

Ingredients

  • Meat

    100 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Almonds

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    1 piece

  • Water flower orange

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

Dried fruits wash under running water, pour warm and leave for 10 minutes to soften

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, add the meat (cut finely on the photo to teaspoon) and fry until light blush

To the meat add the orange water (no orange, model plain) and plain water, adding there is salt, cloves and cinnamon. Give a boil, remove the noise and leave to stew on low heat for 35-45 minutes (meat should be very soft). Then take out the cinnamon, add the dried fruit and sugar, and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
