Mushroom soup
It turns out very tender, with mushroom flavor soup.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Cook chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. In broth put the onion, carrots, potatoes. (All cut at random).

Fry in vegetable oil mushrooms.

To make the sauce: In a pan melt the butter, add sour cream and flour. All fry. If it gustavito, add a little water until a homogeneous consistency.

When the vegetables in the broth is cooked, spread the prepared sauce, and half fried mushrooms. All grind in a blender. The rest of the mushrooms to put in the soup whole (not chopped).

Season with herbs and enjoy the delicate mushroom flavor of this soup.
