Cooking
In this recipe I use two types of sugar TM "Mistral"-sugar and small sugar "Demerara"brown.
To butter, add sugar small brown sugar and carefully whisk.
To whipped egg mass add the egg, whisk some more, add salt and vanilla.
Add all at once the sifted flour and knead dough.
To the dough add the chocolate chips. I had large chocolate chips, I broke them into pieces smaller.
The dough wrap in cling film and put in fridge for 30 minutes.
Take a piece of dough, approximately the third part, roll out to a thickness of 0.5, see the Rest of the dough stored in the fridge.
I use the foil cups height 5 cm, diameter of bottom is 4 cm, the diameter of the upper part 7, see them Smeared with melted butter. From the rolled dough cut out a glass circles and put them on the bottom.
Cut rolled dough strips of a width approximately equal to the height of the Cup.
Put the strip into the Cup and level hands well pressed on the sidewall to the bottom.
I had 10 cups-cups and just this amount of dough enough.
To ensure that the dough is not deformed in the baking process, the inside of the glass, put the parchment paper and pour cargo (mine is small beans).
Bake in the oven at t=180-190 degrees, the first 15 minute bake with the load, then remove it, and Topcem cups. Total baking time approximately 45 minutes. While baking, I covered the cups with foil to keep the top edges don't burn.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Grease inside of Cup with melted chocolate, I did a watercolor brush. Put in refrigerator for faster hardening of the chocolate.
Pour into cups and milk and call the children to enjoy an interesting dessert.
