Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    85 g

  • Cream

    160 ml

Cooking

Chocolate melt in a water bath.

Eggs slightly vzbit with sugar.

To egg mixture add the melted chocolate, mix well.

Then add vanilla and sifted flour with cocoa. Carefully stir everything together.

Next, add the milk and chili pepper and again mix well.

For the caramel: on low heat melt the sugar, to it add salt.

Then add butter and cream, stir and turn off the heat. Cool.

The baking dish cover with foil and smear 1 tsp of butter.

Pour half of the dough, flatten, top, add half the caramel.

Then add the remaining batter and again caramel. With a fork gently stir the mixture to make a picture "marble". Bake in preheated to 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool in the form and serve. Bon appetit!
