Poached egg polka dot
Quick, delicious and healthy Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Quinoa

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Green peas

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a small bowl put a square of cling film, brush with a drop of vegetable oil and put 1 tsp quinoa

Gently add the egg, salt and pepper on top and add the remaining quinoa.

The edges of the film to gather into a bundle and tie them with a thread.

In a saucepan boil water and drop it in the baggie with the egg. Cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.

Peas pour boiling water and leave for 2 minutes then rinse under cold running water and dry. Fry bread in the toaster.

Ready the egg gently to release from the backing and put on bread. Put next to the peas and serve. Bon appetit!
