Appetizer of zucchini with squid
We in the far East there is no Christmas table is complete without a squid. In addition to traditional recipes, always looking for something new. The idea of the snacks I saw in one gastrobar. Very tasty, juicy, beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

  • Sesame oil

  • Mayonnaise

Squid cleaned, put in boiling water for 1 minute, tilt to drain and cool in a colander.

Zucchini cut into thin slices 3 mm thick, it is better to use a special grater. The number of stripes equal to the number of servings.
