Very tasty, airy and delicate donuts!!! To prepare doughnuts at home very easily. The donuts are prepared from dough. For making yeast dough, You need time, but do not let this upset, the result is worth it. Billet ( doughnuts) are fried in deep fat, it does not suggest to fry a large quantity of donuts in the same oil. Ready donuts definitely need to put on a napkin to soak up excess oil. If You want to sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar, then you need to do it when they are still hot.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    400 ml
