This is my favorite recipe. Muffins always turn out delicious. Good in hot or cold. Recommend to serve with a soup or broth. Simple recipe, without yeast.

Cooking
Mix salt, flour, baking powder and potato powder. Add sour cream and yolk.
Knead elastic dough which should not stick to the hands, otherwise, add a little flour. Leave in a cool place for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Sour cream add few salt, add grated garlic and grated cheese. Mix well. Finely chopped herbs.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, each roll out into a rectangle 0.5 cm thick on Top of the dough thinly spread with garlic cheese sour cream, sprinkle with herbs and a mixture of peppers.
Roll tightly into a roll. Each cut into 8 pieces. Plate or the back of a knife to make a shallow longitudinal groove in each muffin. On top of the rolls lightly grease with vegetable oil, put on baking paper and bake it in the oven at 180*C for 20-25 min.
