Pizza is a favorite dish of all and a hearty and delicious that if you try to cook it without the dough and the oven? I offer a favorite recipe of our family, quick cooking that will delight all lovers of delicious Breakfast! I recommend cooking with "extra", because very often ask for seconds!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Greens

    20 g

  • Bread

    200 g

First prepare the products. Peel potatoes, my herbs and tomato, sauté mushrooms with onions (in that case, if you use fresh or frozen).

The next stage - all ingredients should be finely chopped. Start with a potato, cut it into thin strips and put into the skillet where fry until almost fully cooked. Add salt to taste. The potatoes should cover the bottom evenly. Cook on medium heat.

While fried potatoes, sliced finely into squares sausage (or meat), tomato, cucumber, greens, bread. Something like this:

Whisk eggs with milk in a bowl, add salt to taste. Do not forget to stir the potatoes in a saucepan.

Cheese RUB on a small grater.

Making sure the potatoes are done, spread in layers in casserole: sausage, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, greens, cheese, bread. On top pour the mixture of eggs and milk.

Close the lid and fry until cooked for 10-15 minutes. When all is ready, remove the lid and with a spatula gently lift up the bottom of the "pizza" to the mud from the pot. Then close a large flat dish and turn over. "Pizza" should totally be on the dish. All! Half an hour later, as a tasty and nutritious Breakfast the whole family ready! Cut into pieces and enjoy!
