As soon as young garlic, I cook dumplings. Very tasty!

Cooking
Milk to boil. Melt butter and add to milk. Stir well.
RUB the eggs with sugar and salt.
In the milk mixture pour the eggs.
Dry yeast mix with the flour.
Knead the dough, as for pancakes.
When is ready, add the remaining flour and allow to rise again.
While the dough rises, make the sauce and young green garlic twice mince, add salt and vegetable oil. Mix well.
When the dough came up to form rolls
Bake at 180C 35-40 minutes
Still hot generously grease dumplings with garlic sauce!
