Salad of roasted beets with raspberry sauce
Late winter body is already clamoring vitamins. This salad will strengthen our health and will delight the taste buds.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Green olives

    150 g

  • Lettuce

    120 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

If you do not take the time to bake beets to make this salad in 10 minutes. The beets I roasted in the oven at 200*C for about an hour. The time depends on its size.

Once the beetroot has cooled slightly, peel it and cut into small cubes

Feta cheese also cut or break into small pieces. Instead of feta you can take a young goat cheese... who loves. I don't like.

Prepare the filling - mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried Italian herbs and add the raspberry jam the Most. This wonderful delicious jam will give your dressing a taste of summer.

On a plate place the diced beetroot, feta, green olives, dilute the magnificence of picturesque patches of corn or any other salad, e.g. rocket salad, sprinkle with pink pepper peas, salt and pepper if necessary and pour over dressing.
