Salad
My mom doesn't like salads with crab meat (and sticks), because the composition usually includes rice and corn. This salad I found in a cookbook in practical classes, when I was still in College. He was called "Gentle." Mom was kind of skeptical at first to this salad, but when I tried said,"Well, wow! And really, gentle." Now, if we prepare salad with crab sticks, it is only that.

Ingredients

  • Crab meat

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Lettuce

    5 piece

Cooking

All of the ingredients. The carrots are boiled.

Put lettuce on a plate.

Half of the crab meat cut into small cubes. (Can take a separable form for the cake, but I love it when the salad turns out a slide :)). Spread crab meat on lettuce leaves. I'm a little mayonnaise mixed with sour cream, put in a plastic bag, cut off the package the tip and put mayonnaise fine mesh.

2 eggs cut into small cubes, put on top of meat and again fishnet mayonnaise.

Half boiled carrots grate on a grater and spread on top of eggs. Again fishnet mayonnaise.

Then we cut the remaining half of crab meat and eggs, alternating mayonnaise mesh (i.e. repeat the first and second layer)

And in the end three the second half of the carrots, spread it on top and decorate with mayonnaise, herbs, or as played out by Your imagination. Leave for a couple of hours in the fridge to lettuce soaked. Bon appetit
