Today I offer you a simple and most popular recipe Crostata with marmalade, it is a pie you can eat in the morning in all the cafes of Italy and enjoy a Cup of freshly brewed strong coffee. I will only add that I never made shortbread, but this pie won me forever :)

Cooking
Sift the flour, chop the butter and RUB with flour.
Add the egg, zest of one lemon, sugar and baking powder.
Knead the dough, if necessary add a little flour. The dough should be very soft and elastic, not sticky to hands. wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Take the dough and divide into two unequal parts.
A large part of the spread on the bottom of the form (the form you need to take split or low sides), spread with the fingers over the entire surface of the bottom of the form and pinned with a fork. A smaller part of the roll out with a rolling pin and cut into strips.
From strips to make the rim of the pie and press the edges with a fork to the edge of the shape.
