Description
Vegetable sauce with Bavarian mustard can be called universal, because it goes well as a side dish, and a dish of meat, poultry, fish, a variety of snacks. If you are going on a picnic, this sauce is a great fit in your company :)

Cooking
Peel the onion, wash and cut into cubes.
Put them in a pan greased with olive oil.
Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove seeds, cut into cubes and add to the onions. Fried vegetables for 3 minutes.
Next, skip through the press garlic, add the tomato paste, water, salt, pepper and Bavarian mustard TM Haas, which is entirely composed of natural grains. I really liked the Bavarian mustard, it is very suitable for many dishes and adds a spicy-sweet taste.
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. The sauce can be left in this form, but I prefer the smoother structure of the sauce, so I shredded the immersion blender.
