This morning on TV I heard the recipe and immediately decided to cook. The result exceeded all expectations. Amazing. It turns out real noodle, only from potatoes.

Cooking
Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin slices (ideally the thickness of the paper) along the length of the potato (the potatoes take as large as possible and long).
The knife should be with a wide surface and very sharp
Grate cheese on a grater.
Bacon cut into cubes and slightly fry in a pan with vegetable oil (so delicious).
In a separate bowl mash the yolks and mix with cheese.
Sliced potatoes put in boiling and salted water, boil with careful stirring just 30 seconds (this focus). Many potatoes to boil is not necessary (throw in a saucepan, once boiling and remove). Boiled potatoes drain in a colander, let drain water. Then add to browned bacon potatoes.
On top put the cheese-egg mixture and chopped parsley. Mix gently. From myself I will add: the amount of bacon, cheese, egg yolks and herbs you can choose according to your preference.
The finished dish serve hot. Bon APPETIT.
