I like to add to the usual dishes some zest, this recipe is a great idea with mushrooms.

For meat stuffing add the squeezed bread, fried onion with garlic,egg and herbs, salt and pepper, stir well, and several times to beat the meat, throwing the stuffing in a bowl.
From stuffing to form a round patties and fry on both sides until Golden brown.
fry the onions with the mushrooms,grate the cheese,chop the dill
Cutlets to pass on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Each cutlet is possible to grease with mayonnaise or sour cream(I did not) and put a mound of roasted mushrooms with onions and sprinkle with cheese... Bake at ~180°C ~25 minutes.
