Fungi under the snow
Depending on the filing method this dish can be a side dish, and gravy, and snacks, and... decide for yourself... And cooked very quickly! So if guests at the door, treat them like mushrooms! And my girlfriend Tanya (tat70 ) again great thanks for the help with the name of the dish!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Sour cream

    170 g

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Toast

    4 piece

  • Greens

Cooking

Mushrooms cut into plates and fry in butter. Add the wine and stew a few moments.

Add sour cream and then the grated cheese.

Stew a few more minutes, until the cheese is melted. To taste salt and pepper.

Serve on grilled toast. You can fry the bread in butter, but I prefer to just dry them on a dry pan. When serving, decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
