Strong horseradish without tears
The technology of making strong (and not only) classic shit in the blender that brings no discomfort in the cooking process! I use it for 50 years, and analogues have not yet met. I want to share.

Ingredients

  • Horseradish

    500 g

  • Water

    800 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    7 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel and slice the required quantity of fresh horseradish into small pieces.

Used to prepare a stationary blender always with cover and 4 knives!

Prepare the brine by adding warm boiled water, salt, sugar and vinegar. (mix :-) )

Add horseradish to blender (a specified number I cook for two steps). Photo blender 1.5 liters.

Add the brine to the inch above the horseradish.

Close the lid and turn on blender. (in my case on medium speed. Depends on the camera.)

When the mass ceases to mix, on the go, add the brine until a steady mixing. (no more, otherwise you get a liquid consistency)

Cooking time about 1 minute (it is necessary to work out the time)

That's all. And now ATTENTION!!! Don'T TRY to SMELL RECEIVED the HORSERADISH IN a BLENDER - brain bear!!!
