Lemon cream pie
Love the combination of pastry and delicate cream with a crust - all collected this magic pie.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Water

    30 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Condensed milk

    300 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Prepare dough: grate the butter.

Add flour.

Brown sugar.

And begin to slowly add the cold water.

The batter mix well, roll into a ball and put into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
