Pancake cakes
Very tender and melt in your mouth pancakes. The recipe came across while reading about writer Ivan Bunin. In his work "the Life of Arseniev" has the following lines about this dish. "And the pan Lisowski was extraordinarily interesting low. Stand with excellent and amazingly cheap snacks - especially good was like fire hot, pancake pies for 2 cents apiece... " They interested me... and not in vain. The result was satisfied and I, and my family.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Porridge

    6 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

In flour, add 2 eggs, salt and sugar. 2 eggs boil hard boiled and cool.

Knead the dough.

Slowly stirring, add milk to avoid lumps. Bake 8-10 thin, small pancakes with one hand.

Hard-boiled eggs finely chop.

Add to eggs and buckwheat.

The top three oil and mix the stuffing, salted it.
