Description
These delicate, "fluffy" rolls are prepared with a yeast dough filled with pineapple jam. Sweet with a cooling mint effect gives the scones a special flavor of chic... try it, muffins are not that impossible to put down!

Cooking
Milk heat, add the grated cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix well. On top of the mass to pour a thin layer of dry yeast and let stand for 5-7 minutes. Stir, add 500g of flour, knead the dough. Put in a warm place.
When the dough will increase in volume in twice add the remaining flour and vegetable oil. Knead well and leave in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours. Then punch down the dough on the table sprinkled with flour, and divide into 25 pieces.
Each piece roll into a ball, pressed his palm on the table, put a spoon of jam, well stung, to take the form of a ball. I had pineapple jam but can be any other which you like.
Put buns on a greased baking sheet and bake in preheated oven 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
The buns cool slightly. And oil of peppermint fondant, to give a little to dry.
