Description

The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user lesi called "Easter nest" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

step-0
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk.
step-1
Pour the sugar and half flour (I made my amendment - instead of 2 cups of flour and 2.5), stir, cover the bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
step-2
Add the remaining flour and sour cream.
step-3
Knead the dough and leave for 1 hour.
step-4
Raisins wash, pour boiling water and let stand 10 minutes. Then drain in a sieve, dry and mix into the dough.
step-5
Roll the dough into a sausage, cut into pieces 2 cm wide. I got 20 pieces.
step-6
Roll out each piece into a long thin burn. Take 2 of the harness, twisting them, rolling into the ring. With wet hands to seal the edges.
step-7
And so the dough doesn't spread while baking, I had prepared these are the cookie cutters from the foil.
step-8
To put our "nests" on a baking sheet, let stand for 10 minutes, brush with egg and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!!
