Prepare the products. In a large pot pour water and put on fire, do a water bath.

On high speed whisk for 7-8 minutes.
Then take the pan with the protein mass removed from the water bath and beat for another 3-4 minutes. The mass becomes more dense and gathers around the beaters of the mixer.
Protein mass fill a pastry bag with a nozzle "open star".
Coat the baking pan with parchment.
Otkryvaem on a baking sheet these are the "Christmas trees".
Inside "Christmas trees" insert the skewer. Decorate with the pastry topping TM".Oetker".
So do other "Christmas trees".
Put the pan in a cold oven. Include it. Dry fir trees at 50-70 degrees for 2.5-3 hours, focusing on his technique. (I have dried for 2.5 hours at 50 degrees).
Fully cooled "Christmas trees". Remove from the parchment. Treat family and friends.
