Cooking
First, make the dressing (vinaigrette): lemon juice, garlic, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and oil in a blender (on high speed), add sour cream and again beat (at low speed). The dressing is ready!
The lettuce, wash under running water, dry and toss in a Cup. Beets cut into cubes, add to the salad. Nuts to chop, send to the same. A few halves of nuts to leave for decoration. Pour the dressing.
Everything carefully to mix, lay out portions and garnish with nuts.
