Swedish chocolate cake
Very much wanted my something sweet. Yes, and I most certainly cream. Long ago I had a recipe for chocolate "Swede& quot;. And finally came his finest hour. To say that it turned out tasty - nothing to say. It's just some chocolate butter delicious!!! Simple in execution: I wrote longer than prepared. Almonds with the help of a blender make into crumbs.

While the cake cools, make the cream. To avoid burning do not take an enamel bowl. Pour the cream and put on a slow fire. In the hot cream melt 240 grams of chocolate.

Add 50 g sugar and 1 tsp coffee. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
