Mozzarella with tomato sauce
In the midst of autumn, but the season vegetables comes to an end. My favorite vegetables - tomatoes. So you want a little longer to indulge them. So I decided to cook for dinner a snack. In the end I got only one little piece, and everything else the husband ate and asked why so few did.

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Parsley

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

  • Salt

  • Basil

Onions and garlic peel and finely chop.

On the tomatoes to make a cruciform incision, pour boiling water for a few minutes, then rinse with cold water and remove the skin. Remove the stem, seed and finely chop the flesh.

Finely chop the parsley and Basil. Fresh Basil, I have not found, so added dry and a few sprigs of dill.

To connect the prepared vegetables and herbs, add oil, pepper, salt and mix well.

Cheese (better to take or salted mozzarella cheese, but you can use any your favorite) cut into small slices and lay out on a dish.
