Long wanted to experiment with choux dough, and that's got such an interesting recipe of rye flour. Tried - and immediately turned very easily and quickly! Cooking
Mix in pan water, vegetable oil, salt and sugar, bring to a boil.
In a container pour the flour. Prepare a mixer with attachments for mixing dough, eggs.
Pour in the boiled flour mixture to interfere with a mixer until smooth.
Continue to drive in the dough eggs one at a time, each time stirring until smooth.
Spoon on oiled baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 190 deg. oven for 15 minutes, then turn down to 160 deg. and bake for another 15 minutes.
Ready eclairs cut lengthwise, but not completely, fill with grated on a fine grater cheese, decorate with red caviar and parsley.
