Rye eateries eclairs
Long wanted to experiment with choux dough, and that's got such an interesting recipe of rye flour. Tried - and immediately turned very easily and quickly! And beautiful - husband and the guests were happy, quickly eating zakuani vodka. My long rakushechki adorned the table. These eclairs perfectly combines the taste of both sweet and savoury toppings - fish, meat, cheese, vegetables. It is possible to tell, universal socket for culinary experiments.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Rye flour

    150 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Caviar

    1 can

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

Mix in pan water, vegetable oil, salt and sugar, bring to a boil.

In a container pour the flour. Prepare a mixer with attachments for mixing dough, eggs.

Bake in a preheated 190 deg. oven for 15 minutes, then turn down to 160 deg. and bake for another 15 minutes.

Ready eclairs cut lengthwise, but not completely, fill with grated on a fine grater cheese, decorate with red caviar and parsley.
