Tomato soup with pasta
This soup is especially beautiful to look at, if the pasta is to take large size or color paste.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    100 g

  • Beef

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Broth

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bay leaf

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Greens

Meat cut into small cubes or strips.

Onion peel, cut in half rings, peel the carrots - rings.

In a frying pan over high heat is good heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil, adding there is first the onions and after 1-2 minutes carrots. Fry until Golden brown!

Add in the onion tomato paste, 1/2 Cup broth, simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the 2.5 tbsp. of the broth, add the macaroni and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.

Add to the meat broth, tomato vinaigrette, Bay leaf, black pepper, salt.

Cook for another 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Add the greens. Serve with sour cream.
