Description

Chicken gizzards stewed with green beans
Budget and very easy to prepare dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    300 g

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Stomachs rinse well and boil in salted water for 30 minutes. Finely chopped onion and grated on a coarse grater carrots, fry in vegetable oil.

To the vegetables add the chicken gizzards, cut into small pieces.

Add sour cream, garlic, squeezed through chesnokodavilku, and a little broth left over from cooking the ventricles. Salt, pepper - to taste.
