Description

Sausage for the Alsatians
Cervelas à l'alsacienne. A great everyday dish that will appeal in its simplicity. But to make it more original, try this side dish - a vegetable puree of potato, zucchini and carrots. Very delicate flavor... the Recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user YURISTIK called "Sausages in bacon" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

    4 piece

  • Bacon

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Milk

  • Black pepper

Cooking

step-0
Garnish. Peel the vegetables. Boil in a saucepan water, salt, put the vegetables and cook until tender.
step-1
With cooked vegetables to drain the water.
step-2
Pour in the milk (quantity see for yourself: someone who likes mashed potatoes thicker, and someone thinner) to make a puree.
step-3
I even add butter in prepared mashed potatoes (you can still add spices if you wish).
step-4
Sausages. Of course, it is clear that there is a question of sausages of good quality, which CAN be eaten). :) With sausages (or sausages) to remove the skin.
step-5
Cut each sausage lengthwise, but NOT completely (as the owner).
step-6
Cut the cheese into thin slices, put in the sausage.
step-7
And wrap the bacon.
step-8
There are 2 ways of cooking sausages in the oven or in a frying pan. I put them in the form and put in a hot oven (190-200 degrees) for 10-20 minutes until Golden brown (watch on your oven). But you can just fry in a hot pan on all sides until it will turn brown.
