Sauce Italian
Fragrant and delicious sauce suitable for any dishes, especially pasta=) of the preparations for the winter.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Tomato

    2 kg

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

Tomatoes put in hot water for 5-7 minutes depending on their size, then put in ice water and remove the skins.

Put in a saucepan with a thick bottom and coarsely cut. Put to cook on slow heat for 20 minutes, without covering with a lid.

Then add a bundle of Basil, salt, sugar and cook for another 40 minutes.

Get the Basil from the tomato pulp, squeeze the whole juice out of it in this mass.

Grind everything in a blender. Pour into clean jars and leave to cool down.
