Ingredients

  • Dry red wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Green peas

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Water, carrots, onions to cook rich vegetable broth. The broth, when cooked, add pepper.

Ready broth to cool, strain, add salt to taste and wine. Soak the gelatin in the broth. After 30 minutes to dissolve the gelatin by heating.
