Fish casserole
Delicious casserole and cooked very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Spices

The fish thawed, cut into small strips, sprinkle with spices, salt and pepper and pour 100 g of sour cream. Stir well and leave to marinate for 10 minutes (the fish when cooked will become softer and juicy)

Potato peel, wash, cut into circles, salt, pepper and pour rest of sour cream. Leave for 5 minutes and put 1/2 of it on a baking sheet.

Our fish is marinated, place it on top of the potatoes.

On top of the rest of the potatoes.

Whisk the eggs

And pour our stuffing. Put into the oven for 35-45 minutes at t 200 degrees.
