Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Carrots

    700 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Salt

Wash the meat clean from the films and veins. Cut into thin long strips and marinate in 0.5 Cup of white vinegar with 4% for 2-3 hours. Carrots grate on the Korean grater, sauté until semi cooked in a pan with vegetable oil.
