Don't know why it is called a salad... Cook this dish and in cooking one of the supermarkets of our city. After trying it once, we were very pleased. Slightly changed the recipe to your taste and now regularly prepare salad "Miller". Come on, it's delicious!

Cooking
Chicken liver wash, dry paper towel. Fry in vegetable oil (2 tbsp) over high heat literally for two minutes on each side.
To shift the liver into the Cup and close tightly with foil. Thus the liver will reach readiness.
Beat eggs with a whisk. Add grated on a fine grater cheese, mix well.
Fry the egg-cheese pancake with vegetable oil (1 tbsp).
Pickles, chicken liver and egg-cheese pancake cut into small cubes. Dill and green onions chop. All put in a deep bowl.
Sour cream mixed with mustard and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste, mix well. To fill the resulting sauce salad.
