Salad
Juicy, fresh, delicate and light salad for every day or holiday table. Prepared simply and quickly from a minimum of ingredients. Help yourself, it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    1 can

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and marinate it in lemon juice.

Cucumbers cut into small cubes. I use pickled cucumbers TM "6 acres" "crunchy Cucumbers".

Eggs chopped. With canned squid to drain the liquid and chop it up. Instead of canned, you can use squid boiled. A very worthy alternative.

Yogurt or low fat sour cream mixed with mustard and chopped greens. Salt and season the sauce with pepper. You can fill the salad with mayonnaise.

With onions and cucumbers to drain the fluid. Put the salad layers in the following sequence: -the squid-cucumber-sauce-egg-onions-sauce, squid. From top to decorate salad chopped greens. You're done!
