Salmon with garlic sauce in a slow cooker
Very delicious fish obtained with this sauce. So you can cook any fish, but I especially liked the salmon and mackerel. Cook in multivarka Vitek 4200R.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Fish to gut, wash, blot with paper towels. Dill wash, dry and chop.

Garlic broken down into cloves and peel

Enable the Cakes, place in a bowl the garlic and cook for 10 min.

Remove the garlic from the pan and in a bowl mash them with a fork into a puree.

Add the cream and dill. Season with salt and pepper and stir.

Heat in Roasting olive oil and fry the fish until Golden brown, 5 minutes on each side.

Pour the sauce on and turn the mode Pastries and leave to simmer for 20 minutes.

Delicious fish is ready. You can bring to the table!
