Eggplant appetizer
This snack is very good to cook on a picnic, while fried main dish. To cook quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Feta

    50 g

  • Garnet

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soft cheese

Cooking

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Eggplant wash and cut into slices.

In a bowl add olive oil, pressed garlic, soy sauce. I used soy sauce "wok" TM Kikkoman. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.

Eggplant slices to grease both sides with sauce and leave for 10-15 minutes to marinate.

On preheated grill or barbecue and fry the eggplant on both sides until cooked.

Tomatoes wash, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Place in a sieve to remove excess moisture.

Feta cut into small cubes.

In a bowl, mix tomatoes, cheese, pomegranate seeds and chopped dill. Salt and pepper to taste. I'm not salted enough for me, the saltiness of the cheese.

Roasted eggplant to grease melted (cheese, butter) and cheese.

Sprinkle tomatoes with Feta. If desired, pour remaining marinade. Pour a glass of good red wine and enjoy! Bon appetit!
