Zucchini with yogurt
Very tasty and tender zucchini. In fact, it's meze is one of the numerous Oriental appetizers served at the beginning of the meal.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Mint

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

Zucchini cut into slices and roll in flour mixture and salt. For this I poured the flour and salt in a bag, and then put the zucchini and shake well, everything will be covered with a uniform layer.

Fry the zucchini until Golden brown and place on a napkin, went to excess fat.

In the yogurt add finely chopped garlic, dill, pepper and mint. Add salt to taste.

Spread zucchini in a single layer and brush with sauce.

And so we continue to spread the layers and to lubricate.

When all is ready, leave to infuse at room temperature for about 2 hours.
