Cabbage salad with prunes
Dear Cooks, I want to offer you a simple, quick and very tasty salad! Easy and useful! Try it and you will not remain indifferent!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    5 piece

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Shred cabbage, sprinkle with salt and sugar.

Mash with your hands to form juice. Leave for 30 minutes.

Carrots to clear, RUB on a large grater. I rubbed on a grater for Korean carrot.

Prunes wash and finely chop. If you prune too dry, then pre-soak. I was wet, so I didn't dunk. Bone remove.

Dill and parsley wash, dry and finely chop.

Prepare the filling: cabbage juice, which was formed after the "rest" of our cabbage, combine with lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. You can make another dressing: olive oil or vegetable mix with lemon juice. Also it turns out very tasty.
