Warm beet salad with mushrooms
Fast table is very tasty and varied, so during lent we are not facing hunger and bad mood. After all, the main purpose of fasting is purification of the soul and body, which gives joy and health. It was the turn of the warm beet salad with mushrooms. This delicious salad is unusual, its worth a try, and you'll love it.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Greens

Cut onion into cubes and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until soft and Golden brown.

Make a slow fire. Add to fried onions beets (need to cook in advance, clean and cut into fine strips). Stir fry for 15 minutes.

Prepare the dressing for the beets: in a bowl add the soy sauce marinade "Teriyaki" TM "Kikkoman", lemon juice, chopped garlic and black ground pepper.

Pour the filling into the onions and beets.

Add canned mushrooms, favorite spices and all mix well. Keep on low heat for 1 minute.

Warm salad is ready! Put in a salad bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
