Cooking

step-0
To start preparing the sauce. It is similar to mayonnaise, but has a distinct taste and aroma of fried onions that are incredibly delicious in a salad! In 3 tbsp oil fry the onions until Golden brown and cool completely.
step-1
Fried onions together with the oil in which it was cooked, put in bowl, add raw egg yolk, soy sauce, sugar and start whisking immersion blender, gradually pouring in the remaining vegetable oil (I poured in three stages, equal parts)
step-2
Will get the sauce. Season it with lemon juice and mustard. The sauce needs to stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours so it thickens. It can be prepared in advance. Sauce makes about 200ml. of Course, all of it in a salad won't go away. But it's hard to take at least 1 yolk for cooking. And with fewer ingredients to blender is simply nothing to beat. The sauce is stored in the refrigerator up to 1 week and can be used in other salads
step-3
Smoked sausage or sausage cut into small cubes
step-4
Red bell pepper also cut into small cubes
step-5
The same cubes cut fresh cucumber
step-6
In a glass or sundae dish place the sausage, cucumber and pepper, pour the sauce on top. I do not recommend to fill the salad in advance - the vegetables will give the juice "will flow", and become soft. Pour the salad dressing just before serving, then the vegetables will remain crispy and the salad will look presentable
