Soup
Incredibly simple and delicious soup! And useful, because tomatoes contain plenty of vitamins and minerals. Another apparent benefit of tomatoes is their low caloric content.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Water

    300 ml

Peel the onion, wash and cut into half rings. Garlic peel and cut into slices.

Wash tomatoes, make a cross cut.

In a deep bowl to fold in the tomatoes and pour them with boiling water.

In a saucepan or pot with a thick bottom pour oil, put on medium heat. Put onions, garlic and Bay leaf. Cook till the vegetables are soft, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes. Not roast.

From tomatoes to remove the skins, cut the stalk, cut into pieces. Add to the pan the tomatoes, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes and water.

Bring to a boil and cook without lid for 10 minutes.

Remove the soup from heat. Grind immersion or other blender to puree. Serve hot or cold with sour cream/cream, you can add croutons. Bon appetit!
