American soup with wild rice, mushrooms and chicken - a thick, hearty, flavorful soup.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Wild rice

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

Cooking

Onions, celery, carrots cut into small cubes.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry the onion.

Add celery, stir and continue to fry.

Add the carrots, a little fry.

Add the flour, thyme, stirring occasionally, saute for 2-3 minutes.

Vegetables to shift in a saucepan and cover with chicken broth. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat.
